Welcome to VELVISHERS ENERGY (A subsidiary of NAMASTHUBHYAM SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED). By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Agreement

All electrical installations, generator services, and AMC contracts are subject to a formal work order or agreement. We guarantee quality workmanship, but we are not liable for pre-existing faults in the client's infrastructure.

2. Payments & Quotes

Quotes provided are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
For large projects (Transformer/HT Panels), an advance payment is required as per the contract.
GST and other taxes will be applicable as per Government of India norms.

3. Warranty & Maintenance

Our warranty covers installation defects. For products like Generators or Solar Panels, the original manufacturer's warranty will apply. AMC services will be provided strictly as per the chosen plan (Regular or 24/7 Support).

4. Safety Compliance

As electrical contractors, we strictly follow safety protocols. Any interference by unauthorized persons in our ongoing work will void the service guarantee.

5. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of the services provided by VELVISHERS ENERGY shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.
